Required: The CMS ID of the organization to report on
CSV is Excel-friendly and downloads as a file
Affects date formatting and days calculation
Custom Categories (Optional)
Leave empty to use defaults: Active (≤30 days), Recently Inactive (≤90 days), Inactive (>90 days), Inactive Since Deployment (never online)
Category 1: First Threshold
Category 2: Second Threshold
Category 3: Catch-all (Online Beyond Thresholds)
No days parameter - catches all devices that have been online beyond category 2
Category 4: Never Online
No days parameter - for devices that have never been seen online
